Spain will be looking to go deep into this years World Cup in Qatar with a great group of players combining youth with experience.
Spain comfortably cruised through the qualifiers for the World Cup only losing only one game and drawing another. This left La Furia Roja four points clear at the top of the table with 19 in a group with their biggest rivals being Sweden.
Their most promising player, 19 year old central midfielder, Pedri is doing wonderfully for Barcelona as they, at the time of writing, sit second in LaLiga only Conceding four goals, three of which came against LaLiga rivals Real Madrid. Pedri has been performing at a top European level for his club which is only a good sign for his Nation.
A troubling sign however may come from the youngsters Barcelona team mate Sergio Busquets. Busquets at times in his career has been undoubtedly the best central defensive midfielder in the world, at 34 years of age he is struggling for form but still starting over Kessie for Xavi. If Busquets will still be able to perform at the top level for his country is yet to be seen but Enrique will be looking to pull the best out of the Spaniard.
If all goes to plan for Spain then they should be going deep into this years competition and should have their eyes on the ultimate prize in football.
